SMA (Spinal Muscular Atrophy) is a deadly disease that usually affects children under the age of 2 & is the leading genetic killer for children.. Lukie's parents, Tara & Joe Maida, decided to host this festival to celebrate their sons life & his struggle to beat this disease...

GAMES...FOOD...RAFFLES... FACEPAINTING... HAY RIDES... DOG AGILITY... SAND ART... DANCING... MUSIC... DJ'S... MOON BOUNCES... PUMPKIN PATCH...

Oh course, the Pen Argyl Carousel will be open & operating during the Festival... YEAH!!

This update includes data on Mt. Pocono Boro, Barrett, Coolbaugh, Jackson, Paradise, Pocono, Tobyhanna & Tunkhannock Townships and the totals on what is currently active, pending & closed for 2009.

Listed = all the residential homes currently on the market waiting to be sold

Pending = homes that have had Buyers write an offer that agreeable to the sellers & is no longer available (we do not know the sales price until the home closes)

Sold = these homes have closed and have new owners, plus we can now see what the final selling price...
