I thought surely there wouldn’t be enough residents to support all these apartments. Well if you thought the same way that I did, we were both wrong! It turns out that the occupancy for Bryan College Station apartments is still 95% and they are still building. How is it possible that all these new apartment complexes can be filling up? Simple, Texas A&M is growing just as fast as the developers can build apartments. Attendance at Texas A&M is a record high this year with over 48,000 enrolled, and it is expected to continue to grow over the years. One example of a new multifamily development is The Lofts at Wolf Pen Creek. The Lofts are a multimillion dollar student living complex under construction on Holleman.
