I have absolutely murdered you the past 4 months. I worked my butt off filling you up, only to be lazy for a few months and take everything I could from you. I will do my best to resurrect you, and promise not to do this ever again.

I've gone and done the most stereotypical mistake any agent can do. Nothing. I have seen many agents in this same spot and promised myself I would never make the same mistakes. I kept telling myself that I deserved the break and needed. Part of me believes it actually, on one hand I feel so re invigorated and motivated. On the other, I've got about 2 months until I'm going to start stressing financially.

So it's back to basics. Holding open houses, reaching out to everyone I have in my database, working a new program from my LO, and thinking outside the box (for me at least). I'm even seriously considering buying the leads just to jump start things. If anyone has experience w/ this method, please do share :)

Sorry for the venting, but I do believe positive will come from all this. Heck, that's why I'm on AR right now :) I feel like I actually want my real estate business again, and realized how much I truly LOVE my job! I know there will be 30 random people who read this, thanks for the shoulder to vent on ;)

So this is only my second day on Activerain, but I must say I am thoroughly impressed. I can't believe the family type feel to this site. Very encouraging and motivating.

I've never really been into blogging or anything of that nature. This is kind of like Facebook for real estate professionals :)

Today's my first official day working the activerain program. I'm so excited to start generating business by using this powerful tool. It feels good to be apart of something like activerain, this is a first for me in my almost 2 year real estate career. I hope to meet many new agents as well as clients through this program. Glad to be on board.

Today I've learned about eproperties and how to bring my listings to the first page of Google. Which is very exciting.I also learned the importance of blogging and how to write a blog. I know Activerain is going to help me grow my business.
