Do I think that think that this is going to bring value to the community and ulitmately raise homes prices. You bet! How to Find the Time to List Your Home

Finding the time to list a home can be quite difficult. I have most recently taken 2 listings where they were not quite ready with the painting and yard work and the normal neccessities. This is all right in most cases. I have personal experience in this area as I have most recently sold our home that we reside in. It is a daunting to say the least. And trying to get the wife involved was half the battle.

Some tricks that I found is this: Set a Plan for each member of the household.

Stick to the Plan

Go to Home Depot Together

Then spend 3 days a week after work setting yourself up to get things done in a timely fashion.
