Greetings-First of all I want to thank you for your interest! I am a Full time Realtor (8 yrs) in my hometown of Louisville, Kentucky-I am a Louisville native and also work in the Southern Indiana areas. I have consistently been a Multi-Million Dollar producer and love my job. I have the ABR, Accredited Buyers Representative and SRES, Senior Real Estate Specialist, designations. My success is & always will be keeping your best interest at heart. I do love working with all buyers, especially first timers. People ask, where do you specialize? Well, for me there are no boundaries! I work in all of the Greater Louisville areas, including surrounding counties and Southern Indiana. I am extremely familiar with the Highlands, St. Matthews, Clifton, Cresent Hill, Okolona and Fern Creek areas. I love working with first time home buyers-To help them find that house that they have dreamed of and seeing the looks on their face when they find it is priceless! I love the process of teaching and coaching them from start to finish and to become a part of their own history! I also have a fondness for investors, to help them achieve their goals, seeing their projects come to life and benefit from the fruits of their labor! Jill Dyer is a saint and an angel. From July 2007 to February 2008, she showed us every single house available in Louisville.

Okay, not every single house -- but 180 of them. We were moving from New York City and had always rented. We figured we could find a house we would like in the low 200s.

We were wrong. But Jill never batted an eye. She allowed us to see for ourselves the housing stock available in that range. It wasn't what we wanted -- we wanted more, but she patiently waited until we had that realization.

She never complained that our house-hunting strategy for six solid months consisted of targeted weekend trips. This is not the way to find a house, but for us it was the only way we could manage. We saw 30 houses over three days several times.

These expeditions could have been stressful, but no, Jill made them festive and fun. She filled up a cooler in the back seat with water and soft drinks. She put hundreds of miles on her car, showing us houses in 100 degree heat, in the crisp fall air and finally in snow and ice of winter in Kentucky. She never complained, not once. And she vowed that there was a house out there for Mickey and Mo and that we would not stop until we found it.

She even found her favorite local home-builder thinking that we would just need to build the house because we couldn't find what we were looking for.

And then in late January, we found the house, and she smiled. This was the house for M&M. Finally. Once we felt Jill's quiet blessing, we knew that it was over. Thanks to her, we have a dream home.

Now you can see why we think she is a saint and an angel. We highly recommend her.
