Recently the homebuilder caught up with Rick and Ginny Flugham who moved to Brookhaven at Lanier Ridge about four months ago. They were kind enough to tell them about their decision to move and how they feel about Brookhaven at Lanier Ridge.

Although the Fulghams are originally from Columbus, Ohio, they have lived in Lake Lanier for over 20 years- and simply love it. They moved to the area in order to fulfill their dream of owning their own pool and spa business. Even though they love the area, Fulghams decided it was time to move to a new community which better suited their active adult lifestyle.

So they began looking for a new neighborhood that had features designed to fit their needs. When they discovered the Cumming active adult new home community, they were immediately impressed.

"The location, reputation and quality construction of the units is what first attracted us to Brookhaven at Lanier Ridge, said Rick Fulgham. "Once we viewed the community, we could see how well the homes were put together," he later stated.
