Exciting Things Are Happening in Cadillac Real Estate

It's been quite some time since I posted here on Active Rain but exciting things have been happening in both my career and in the real estate business in Cadillac and the surrounding area.

The biggest thing happening in my career is that I've recently opened my own real estate brokerage. While I enjoyed working with the people at RE/MAX, I knew that it was time to head out on my own. After passing my brokers exam, I said goodbye to my fellow agents and opened Premier Realty Co.,LLC.

So far, I've had three agents join me and the future is looking bright.

With the economy in Michigan the way it is, some people think I'm crazy to be taking on the responsibility of a brokerage, but I disagree. After a long, cold, snowy winter, the real estate business is picking up here in Northern Michigan. Prices have come down to the point that there are some great deals available for buyers, and with interest rates at record lows, it's the perfect time to buy a home.

As part of my internet marketing strategy, I'll be posting a lot more often so check back and see how things are going.
