Kingwood, TX - Our community is beautiful all year long. Well, except, maybe when it's 610 degrees outside. But, Chsitmas, it's the best. Our community does a great job decorating all of the common areas around town and lighting up all the trees. Best yet....no snow, no slush, no long underwear. Fabulous southern weather and Christmas!!! WoW!! The Christmas lights look so much better on a crisp, yet warm, Texas evening!!
Real Estate Coaches. I am now starting with my second RE coach. After a transtition of management at our office, my first coach was promoted and the position not filled as of yet. I only worked with her a short time, prior to her promotion. Now, my new coach and I have just started working together. Both coaches have been great and I can see that the coaching experience will really benefit my business.
So, in general, does anyone want to comment on their experience working with coaches? What I should look for and hope to gain? What additional self-disciplines should I expect of myself to really magnify working with a coach?

James is originally from the Ohio Valley region of Southern Indiana. Upon completion of high school James continued his studies at a local state college and then onto the southern campus of Indiana University. From there James went on to pursue a variety of personal and career interests, gaining experience in a number of fields, primarily: Sales, Marketing, Mortgage Banking and Real Estate.
By the end of 2001, James had accepted a position with an International Coffee company and chose to relocate his family to Houston, Texas in January of 2002. It was during the next few years that James began to fully explore his faith, entrepreneurial spirit and his desire to serve for the greater good. In October of 2005 James, along with his wife Cathy, formed eProperty Solutions, LLC in order to serve the needs of the real estate community by providing realtor marketing tools through a combination of direct sales & ecommerce. Shortly thereafter, a calling came for a greater service and in November of 2005 the H.O.P.E. Foundation, Inc. was formed. A non-profit organization, the H.O.P.E. Foundations mission is to serve those families in need by providing "Homes of Purpose and Encouragement".
A devoted husband and father of two, James' interests include Cycling, Health & Nutrition, Movies, Technology, Travel and Reading.
