Local Realtor Supports Businesses and School

Granite Bay, CA - Azevedo & Associates, a local real estate brokerage, sponsored a Parent Business Directory for Granite Bay Schoolhouse parents. The Parent Business Directory, a resource for business owners whose children attend the school, raised money for the school and allowed for parent business owners to advertise their businesses to the school's attendees. "I think it is great for the parents to support each other and the school. It's a win-win." said Jennifer Azevedo, owner and broker for Azevedo & Associates. The directory raised enough money for the school to purchase new educational toys for all the classrooms. "We love the participation. It feels great to have such support - for the parents' businesses and the school." commented Becki Williams, director and teacher at Granite Bay Schoolhouse. The school will be purchasing educational toys for the classrooms that encourage the kids dexterity, imagination, shapes, colors, structures, balance, etc. "These toys allow the children to learn in positive and kinesthetic manner" said Lyndsay Crumbley, teacher at Granite Bay Schoolhouse.
