Lake Wylie Home Staging works within your budget and your timeframe to do as little or as much as you desire. My goal is your goal: To prepare the inside and outside of your property to get you the most attention and sell for the most amount of money. I provide property owners, REALTORS®, builders and investors with consultations, bids, occupied staging and vacant staging. Offering residential, commercial and event staging.

I use my own NEW furnishings. I do not use generic rental company furniture like most stagers. I do not use thrift store or used furniture like many stagers.

Vacant and model home specialist using my own NEW high-end namebrand furniture and accessories to create that WOW factor so important to attract buyers. Also assisting with paint colors and pre construction material selections for new construction and renovations.

I have a team of tradesmen and women who work with me to provide services from cleaning, organizing, packing, painting and landscaping to renovations and historical restoration. My movers can haul and arrange for storage of excess items.

I help you make those important decisions, and I'll shop for the perfect items to create the room of your dreams. From gutting a bathroom to its studs to adding trim and molding, I've done it all with exquisite results! I'm not satisfied until you are completely satisfied.

• Custom Window Treatments and Upholstery
  

Based on your color schemes, I'll bring you a large sampling of the finest silks, fabrics and trims for YOU to select. I direct a team of sewers and installers who will put custom window treatments in your home that'll take your breath away! I also direct a team of tradesmen who will measure and install gorgeous blinds and shutters of every style imaginable! And I use a talented, experienced custom upholsterer who is a perfectionist!

• Open House Event Planning

Lake Wylie Home Staging will plan and prepare any special event. From pre cleaning and decorations to catering and cleanup, we can Stage it - giving you the freedom to enjoy yourself with the rest of your colleagues, customers and clients.

Background

I have a degree in interior design and I'm a licensed Accredited Home Staging Professional Master (ASPM®) with membership in the International Association of Home Staging Professionals (IAHSP®). I was 2008 president of the Charlotte IAHSP Regional Chapter.

Lake Wylie Home Staging serves all counties in both North Carolina and South Carolina, and parts of Pennsylvania and West Virginia.

Lake Wylie Home Staging is based in Lake Wylie, SC, which is about 30 minutes south of Charlotte, NC.

Joan has many years of experience in Home Staging and interior design and will provide you with excellent bona fide references upon request.

Always innovative, Joan was the first ASP in South Carolina.
