The $8,000 tax credit deadline is quickly approaching. I've seen nor heard any indication as to whether the government is going to extend this or not. Century 21 Pace Estates was host to a Grand Opening at Edgewood Sudvision in Valparaiso Indiana on US 30 Oct 15, 17 and 18th. I was part of the team chosen by Judy Fischer and Minakshi Ghuman, along with Scott Heuring, Jennifer Huck, Theresa Toth and Becky Olesh. Yesterday while hosting a Grand Opening at a subdivision in Valparaiso, I met a woman and child who were out househunting.
