Last evening the agents from Windermere Real Estate's Phoenix Northwest officeand their guests held a "Left Right Center" night and raised over $500 to benefit local charities such as We Care of Anthem and the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
This events and others like it are part of the Windermere Foundation's ongoing effort to aid local charities that support families and children in their area.
The Windermere Foundation is a non-profit affiliate of Windermere Real Estate. The foundation was established in 1989 as part of a grass roots movement to provide funds to support assistance programs for low-income and homeless families in each of our communities throughout the West. The Foundation is organized and run by volunteer agents throughout the Windermere organization. It has grown to encompass the 10 ten states in which Windermere does business and has raised almost $19 million to assist those who need our help the most.

This week's installment of highlighted areas in the Phoenix valley focuses on Sun City Grand in Surprise, AZ.
Located about 30 miles west of Phoenix Sun City Grand is an adult living community is akin to enjoying your retirement years on an all inclusive resort.
The community is immaculate and is resplendent with four golf courses, two state of the art fitness facilities and swimming pools, tennis/pickle ball courts, softball fields, and arts and crafts centers. Dozens of restaurants and shopping centers are just short drives away. Health care is located within a short distance as well with Del Webb Memorial Hospital just across Highway 60/Grand Ave.
Homes in the Sun City Grand development vary in size and price to fit almost anyone's needs. Most homes are two bedrooms, with 2 bedroom plus dens, and 3 bedroom homes sprinkled throughout the development.
My parent's live in Sun City Grand and I couldn't be happier that they do. It is a wonderful place to live year round 
or during the winter months if you so choose.
