I Took My First Class Today On Social Networking in Southern Utah Today!

I now know the difference between Facebook, Linkedin and Twitter! Facebook is for people--right? Linkedin is for business--right? Did you know that you can use twitter as a bridge to other places like Facebook, and then you can update all at once? Of course, that may not be a good idea to have the same message on both Facebook and Linkedin. I also learned that I am too old to use Myspace.

Please help me figure out how I can have time to put videos, pictures, links, events, comments for everyone, etc., on Facebook, Linkedin and Twitter? How do you fit it all in your schedule? We are all busy in this world? Please give me some ideas on how you schedule all of this in!

Did you know that the way you can figure out what you can do as you use social networking is a big secret? The answer is RTS! Do you know what that stands for? I do now, and it will be very helpful to me in the rest of my life! It stands for, "Read The Screen!" That's great! I wish I'd know that secret in many aspects of my life as I've tried to enter the world of technology!

How are you using these great relationship-building tools, and do you feel it is helping you and your business to be more successful?

To Have Government Incentives Or Not To Have Government Incentives?

That is the question! So many in this real estate market believe that we need the incentives to keep the real estate market moving. I'm thinking it moved before, why can't it move again? Did the population stop growing? Are people living in tents and RV's? If there is an incentive and then suddenly there is no incentive, what then? What is on the other side of the incentive? Think! Can incentives go on for ever? Where is the ATM that will provide all this money?

What are your thoughts on this question? Please email naisbitt@infowest.com to discuss. i'd love to hear from you!

Yes! Homes In Cedar City, Utah, Are Selling!

It seems that everywhere I go people are asking me if the market has picked up. I would have to say, yes, based on my experience. It feels busier! I understand that the news has conflicting stories, but it seems that I am getting more calls and offers from buyers as well as more closings. I also seem to be getting more calls from agents wanting to show my listings. That's a good sign!

If you want to buy a home, I believe that you should take a leap of faith and find your dream home while interest rates and prices are low and while the inventory is high.

If you haven't owned a home in the last 3 years, you may qualify for an $8,000 tax credit if you meet the criteria. You'll need to hurry because the sale would need to close by the end of November.
