Joe’s real estate experience in Southern California spans all perspectives from buyer, seller, property manager, property renovator, and licensed realtor, which give him a unique insider edge in the local market. Over the past 8 years, Joe has personally owned more than 75 rental units in Southern California and out-of-state and currently supervises the management of over 25 rental units.
