It's been a bit cold for us here in Cape Coral, Florida. But, I am sure we won't get any sympathy from the Northern states. They just don't understand what it is like to have to search around and find a closed toe shoe and a jacket. It is a difficult situation for those of us that already relocated here to enjoy the weather. With the incredible prices and the weather but are they waiting for? We do have a problem because everyone is reading that we are giving away houses not really. You get what you pay for. Yes, the deals are unbelieveable but really. Buyers are looking at sites that shows properties for in the teans and then they want to know whether it has a pool and can we take interior photos. No, really, it needs to be taken down and then rebuilt at that price. After 24 years as a full time Realtor I have finally seen it all.
After several years of property declines I can finally see things improving. So, 2010 is the year finally. Our inventory has been being bought up and with the low inventory in many price ranges I am seeing the only options are full price or higher. Don't forget in this area we came down hard and fast when the market changed. We didn't do it slowly it was almost over night. Time to JUMP off the fence and dive in. Happy New Year
