Right now in Colorado Springs, CO the temperatures are listed at 5 degrees...... and the temperature is only going DOWN!!!!!
Don't let your pipes freeze!!!
Tonight, temperatures are expected to get down to -4 or -5. With a HIGH of 1 tomorrow, Tuesday Feb. 1.
Hopefully if this weekend, when our weather was beautiful, here In Colorado Springs, CO you remembered to remove your hoses from the out side spouts. IF NOT------ you will have to get those off TONIGHT.
If you have any pipes on outside walls, or to close to outside walls, tonight will be a good night to leave a small drip on the faucets and leave cabinet doors open -- this allows heat under the sinks and will decrees the chance of freezing.
If in doubt..... drip a small amount of water in any faucet, this will lessen the chance of frozen pipes!!!
