With such a shortage of listings n the market, it seems that every new listing on the market is set for multiple offer presentation. I don't particularly like this practice as it leaves many Buyers over paying and forced to remove safe guards such as home inspections, financing conditions, status certificates etc. I deal with allot of first time buyers and find it hard to put them under these circumstances in order to purchase their dream home. On the other hand when listing a property I feel almost obliged to do the same to maximize value for my seller. I know I can't have it both ways or could I.

Is there anybody else out there that feels just as frustrated with this market as I'am or will this just fix it self once we have more listing.
