This one was told to me by my daughter who happens to be my Partner. The A-Team She went out to put up our sign on a new listing I had taken. She arrived at the home around 2pm and started to put the sign up. The seller came out to visit while she was putting up the sign. This would not be unusual or unpleasent except for the following: The seller a woman in her 70s short, plump, blessed with a Cigarette hanging out her mouth came out in a see through night gown rignt out into the front yard and began chit chatting away about this that and the other. As traffic slowed by and my daughter was doing her best to stay focused and get out of there she was finally derailed. The seller's over weight mongrul began circle my daughter. His hind legs hiked in the air and his rear end a dragging. As he made his 3rd trip around my daughter she just had to ask " is your dog alright?" to which she responded with smoke bellowing out of her nose. " ah he does that when he's got an itch."
Here is another one.
I would love to hear your stories. Have a great week end.
There is always room for a good laugh. Many of you may have seen this one but, those who haven't enjoy. This is a riot. We out here in Montana don't do it quite like this but, it things don't pick up this may turn in to a training video.
I was impressed and somewhat sympathetic with the President after his give and take with Republican leaders at their Republican retreat today. Just days after a Bla Bla Bla State Of The Union Address he jump right into what most Democrats would consider the Lion's den. After the initial niceties the Republican leaders took their shots with the President volleying right back. To plagiarize and abuse a famous quote by C.S. Lewis "A man who was merely a man and said the sort of things Jesus said would not be a great moral teacher. He would either be a lunatic -- on the level with the man who says he is a poached egg -- or else he would be the Devil of Hell." Now the President is certainly no savior and I not convinced he's the devil so, the guy is either genuinely wanting to make thing better for Americans or he is a Bald Face, Self-serving, Criminal Liar. I suppose history will define which he is. As for my own party I was a little disappointed. Instead of taking a stupendous opportunity to publicly engage the president with by- partisan solutions for our troubled nation they acted no better than their Democratic counter parts by tring to make themselves out to be smarter than the other side. I don't know how to make them all play fair in the sandbox, but until they do I don't see a long term solution to our wows.
In the coming weeks and months I hope to share Our Little Slice Of Heaven with many of you.

Libby, Montana is tucked away in the 2.2 million acre Kootenai National Forest, located in the Northwest corner of Montana. Neighboring towns, Troy and “the Yaak”, share its rugged mountain scenery. The Libby, Troy, and Yaak areas are hosts to 140 lakes, three major rivers, over 1,400 miles of trails, and hundreds of smaller rivers and streams. The three areas have become known for being a recreational paradise.
Recreation starts in your own backyard with 4 definitive seasons providing year round enjoyment. Just 17 miles upstream from Libby stands the 442foot-tall Libby Dam. The dam holds back the 90 mile Lake Koocanusa. Flowing out of Lake Koocanusa is the Kootenai River. The river runs through the towns of Libby and Troy offering Blue Ribbon Fishing and many recreational opportunities.
North of Libby resides Turner Ski Mountain. Standing at 5,952 feet elevation, Turner bares a 2,110-foot vertical rise. The mountain typically receives around 250’’ of snowfall a year. With a lift ticket price of $28, with 70% of the runs rated black diamond, 20% rated more difficult, and 10% rated beginner……Turner has been coined as “steep, deep, and cheap”.
Above Libby on Shaughnessy Hill is the 18-hole Cabinet View Golf Course. Located in the shadow of the Cabinet Mountains the course is known for its breath taking mountains views and it’s challenging newly developed “back nine”.
