Aviano at Desert Ridge is and always will be the crown jewel of the Master Planned community of Desert Ridge. I was curious to know what exactly happened with prices in 2006 as compared to today and just like everything else here in the valley prices were 40% higher in 06. In 2006 there were 42 homes sold and closed ranging in square footage from 1490 to just over 5100. One buyer paid a remarkable $1,050,000 for his 2642 square foot home (that’s roughly 400 bucks per square foot as compared to the 2011 average resale average price per square foot of $126/square foot.
