Inventory levels for the week remain level while homes in escrow and homes sold show an increase. This is further evidence that buyers are coming out and making offers at current pricing levels. With FHA mortgage rates around 5 3/4%, now is a great time for long term buyers to get into a great home at the lowest prices in years.
