I setup a profile on myspace @ http://www.myspace.com/johnresales for my real estate co-agents, buyers and sellers to check me out.

Alot of real estate agent work alone and thats ok and thats the old way of doing it but more and more agents are building a team and working with a team. By working with a team, yes you have to share your money with others but you really do make out better with a team. I have a co-agent name debbie romeo and she is great. We have been a team for sometime now and by working as a team we can list and show more homes then any agent working alone!
So think about all the work you can get done with you work as a team and I do some research and teams really do make more money and get more work done. SO BUILD A GOOD TEAM AND EVERYTHING WILL BE OK!
