I can't believe it's Thursday already. Time for another update on my top 10 things to do in Hampton Roads this weekend. It is supposed to be a beautiful weekend so get out and enjoy it.

1. India Fest 2010 at the Norfolk Scope Sunday from 11-7. Here is the event website. Go get some awesome food!
2. Mary J Blige performs at the Virginia Beach Amphitheater on Sunday.
3. Go to a High School Football game Friday night.
4. The Diary of Anne Frank is at the Wells Theater thru October 10, 2010.
5. Go check out the football game between The Apprentice School Builders and Salisbury at the Apprentice School Field in Newport News (I will be there). Saturday at 1:30.
6. Go to a Fall Bazaar in your area.
7. Al Jarreau performs at the Sandler Center on Friday.
8. Search for homes at www.hrbuyersandsellers.com.
9. Pug lovers go to the Hampton Roads Pug Meet Up at Bea Arthur Park. Here is the website.
10. Check out Hunt Club Farm's Hearts and Homes Hoe down Saturday from 3-6.

First off let me say that condo living is great for some people and not so great for others. As for myself I even want to buy a condo in about 10 years. i can't wait to be sitting by the pool with Kim and my iced latte. But......before you buy that condo, you better read all of the condo association bylaws and documents. Some of the associations are very strict on the rules of what you can and can't do. I would also attend all board meetings so you get a say on how the association is operated. There is an association in Chesapeake, VA that has fined some owners for allowing their kids to play ball on the common areas. One of the families is in the process of suing the condo association for violation of fair housing laws. For the complete story click here.
