As you can see Charlotte still has a very good market, as compared to others across the country, & homes are still being bought & sold. There was a recent report by Forbes.com that ranked Charlotte # 9 in the nation for a recession proof economy. Our current unemployment rate is 5.4%. We are estimated to have 80,000 people moving into Charlotte again this year. I believe this is a great time to buy or sell in Charlotte before we start seeing the interest rates move up.
