Hi, I would like to introduce myself, my name is Jorge Martinez. I'm a full time Realtor at RE/MAX of N.O.C. We service the Orange County real estate market. I have lived and worked in Orange County since 1989. I speak English as well as Spanish and can cater to whichever language you feel most comfortable with. Being a Spanish and English speaking Real Estate agent has helped me gain more business that I wouldn't have received if I wasn't bi-lingual.

I like working in Orange County and its surrounding areas but most of all I like the people that I have met and come across in all these years.

I'm a member of the Pacific West Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. It is only with these memberships that I'm allowed to be a designated Realtor. I uphold to a strict code of ethics. I graduated from the Realtor Institute Earning the GRI Designation. In addition, I'm also a Public Notary.

Dear Mr. Martinez,

At this time, I would like to thank you for all of the wonderful work you did in selling my mother and stepfather's house after their death 26 days apart. You assumed all of the burden of taking care of the listing, getting the house ready cleaning it to put it in the market and the selling of the house.

With your work and care, the house sold in seven days and closed 30 days later. When we left to return to Florida, you unlocked the side gate to let in the electric company to shut off the power. You made sure that the refrigerator door was open after the power was shoy off and that the sides of the pool were brushed down so they did not turn green.

Then today, I found out that 2 days before the closing of escrow, the buyer's lender called you to say that the carpet in the house had to be taken out before the escrow could close, because of the FHA financing that the buyer is appliying for. You made the decision to put on your work clothes and go over to the house and remove the carpet yourself. I find that to be a very worthy quality.

It was a very uplifting experience to do business with you. I choose the right Realtor, further more the right person and would come to you again to sell another house.
