Does anybody get positive energy from the sun, or feel more energetic when that bad boy is shining down in his finest? I would be one of them. Today is nothing but rain, I do have a closing, but the rain is killing my personal drive.
I have to realize that god has a mysterious wya of putting us in our place and appreciating life, instead of being on the go all of the time (me). Typically I am very motivated, self driven, and energetic. Today I just feel as if I want to be lazy. Is this ok?
Your thoughts?

New Home Sales are down, this is no surprise. But, WHAT IF, a lender could bridge the gap? Realtors would make more money, builders would sell more inventory, and it would boost our local markets and communities, right?
Right! "Prosperity Mortgage" an affiliate of "Wells Fargo" has lauanched a revolutionary Construction to Perm product that is going to revive the New Construction business and bring a pulse back to home builders.

The Charlotte market is what drove me to this location. It is stable, but like most "stable" areas, nothing booming is happening. Despite the fact that Charlotte has 70,000 people moving here w/in the next 24 mos speaks volumes, but does nothing for the immediate need of instant gratification.
Fortunately the foreclosure market is low here, which is good. But before I moved to Charlotte I had no idea that "NC" was the #1 fraud state in the country for loan fraud? ARE YOU KIDDING ME?
I moved out here from Denver, CO and I thought it was bad out there, to find out I have officially landed in the #1 most fraudulent state in the country? WTF, lol?
Licesenced mortgage broker here, trying to take advantage of the short sale and foreclosure TSUNAMI. If I can help anybody in any way shape of form, please email me for expertese advise.
Have a blessed weekend!

Wow, what a day! Between the underwriters, the real estate commission in (Nevada and NC), I am pooped. The Real Estate market is an everlasting changing tool no one can completley figure out yet?
The "bad bank" that was supposed to take place, is now going to be a "ring fence" WTF is that about?
I have enough strenous day to day drama dealing w/the financial industry; buyers/seller/realtors, does it ever end?
I'm just glad to today is OVER. But the beauty of it is; I GET TO WAKE UP IN THE MORNING, HIT THE GYM, AND DO IT ALL AGAIN!!!
