During this tough Real Estate Market it is hard to figure out exactly what we need to be doing. I know i have found having gone through the day and realized I did nothing to gain new business! That is a sure fire way to go bankrupt in this Real Estate market. I know how to do things, i know some of the things i have to do, i know i have a choice and that is to succeed or not succeed. I am choosing to succeed! I once was involved in a coaching program offered by Mike Ferry organization. I for some reason or another decided to quite and do it on my own. I have just started back up with Mike Ferry and i know i am going to be a success, not because of this coaching directly but indirectly. I am going to be learning to manage my time better, have accountability, have access to multiple agents that will help me hone my skills to be a superstar in this market!
I suggest anyone reading this to get involved in a coaching program, it will enhance and help you achieve the success you are wanting in this career!
