1st, Let me start by saying that my worst day as a Mortgage Planner is far better than the best day I ever had as an Accountant/Finance Manager! Why? Very simply...I spent 8 yrs in the Accounting & Business world and found myself dreading the work, but thriving on the relationships. Now - I love what I do with a passion & truly enjoy watching my clients eyes open to the possibilities they never dreamed possible. We don't advise normally on the vanilla everyday loans. We instinctively choose to listen to our clients in hopes of hearing what's really important to them - not what's most profitable for us!

We absolutely pride ourselves on WOWING our mortgage clients, whether they live in Roanoke, VA or in New Bern, NC and all cities in between! We've built our success solely on referral relationships with past clients and strategic partners. Don't believe the hype! I first heard about the Home Ownership Accelerator (HOA) program from an article in Money magazine. After about 3-4 weeks of research I was referred to Josh Perrington from 1st Metropolitan Mortgage.
