You know I have ran the road of success for quite some time now and have had a great level of it. Through manifestation and plenty of hard work and perserverance we are doing great and only see levels of accomplishment and success to increase.

I watched the movie Funny People with Adam Sandler and Ill tell you, you should watch it - hilarious, but it made me think about what I am working toward.

Let me tell you; I have my own island, nothing outrageous just a few houses of family some land and a lot of beach. A very big home, big enough to get lost in and enough funds to give any and everything away. Real happiness in traveling the world and spending time with great minds. I am talking about people on the same level as some of these superstars in the media, when I think of the type of person that is my friend, I think of Tyler Perry. My best friend is of course my wife and like in Funny People we are good friends with these successful people. People like Tony Robbins calls to keep us motivated, I mean why not?

Tony Robbins went from making less than $30k in one year to over 1 million just through manifestation. He is no better than me and I am no better than you. I have realized that I am a great mind and we all have the same ability. Wow, just writing that brought a tear to my eye.

What do you think the truth is? Is it your 9-5, your dissappointed child or your second guessing wife? For me and Tony Robbins, thats not it at all. For people that believe, we are able to eliminate that negativity and prosper through the positive.

So, right now I am building the road map to these Big, Hairy, Audacious, Goals and I have been thinking about all that I need to do to ensure the future that I will have. First thing I was thinking of was a radio show. I help people one person at a time right now and I need to reach more people because we all need to think like this. We need to be in control. We are the smartest specie in the world yet in masses we act like cattle. What is the old saying, "A person is smart, people are stupid." Why? Well, Im not sure but I want to have a stronger influence on a better way of life for everyone.

We should all lead a life of peak performance - mind, body, and soul. A life without fear or hatred, a life where we are honestly happy. Are you honestly happy?

Well, I am looking into the radio show now and hopefully you will listen in and please comment on this post. I owe my success to my way of life and I couldnt be any happier. Even in the worst recession ever, you dont have to accept the bad you are able to manifest the greatest life you could ever imagine. Stick with me and I will show you how to honestly bring this life to fruition.

This blog used to be all about investing in real estate, it has quickly become about the ultimate investment, investing in yourself.

Well, Thank you real estate entrepreneurs. I realize that it has been a while since I have wrote but life has just been hectic. In the past month, Uncle John has finished his property management course, AWESOME! He finished second in his class. WOW! So we are getting ready to take on the property management with full force and it looks like we are going to take on about 10 more units just to kick it all off!

Good for Uncle John and the Company!

I am out here flying for the reserves right now, not because we need to but the extra money is going to give us almost a years reserve by the end of the quarter. 2009 has been a great year for us!

The baby is three months old and moving scooting around the floor and has figured out that she has a voice. That is a blessing and a curse sometimes, Im kidding, she is amazing.

Audrey is in real estate school, a guy I work with in the reserves is going to take her down to Charleston School of Law and introduce her to the dean and everything. I feel lucky to be married to her.

Well, I guess more than anything, I feel like the weight of the company does not lie just in my arms and the team is definitely able to uphold everything, maybe even excel when I am not around. While most team leaders may be upset by this, I am more excited than I have ever been. I feel so good about everything right now.

Well, Charleston Real Estate Entrepreneurs, if you dont believe, you are stupid! I dont know how it works, I just know that it is cool and you can really have anything you want by believing in it.

I cant tell you how many times over the past couple of years that something has happened out of the blue to save my tail. I know this has happened to you. Have you ever believed in something so much, like your small business, and right at the brink of destruction, you get an unexpected check in the mail? How about you get a big sale, just big enough to keep those lights on or to buy that new product.

Believe it or not, that was the tip of manifestation. I got $11+k in checks last month completely unexpected because I wanted it. The military owed me like $4k and my mortgage company overcharged my $8k over how long and they decided to send me a check out of the blue. Hmmm, sound like coincidence, not quite.

There was one time, when we were starting out that had I not received about $3k, I wasnt going to be able to make the bills. The next mortgage was due the next day, what do you think happened. That day, I received a check for $3300 from the IRS over an amendment to taxes I filed almost a year prior. Come on people, you should see that was when I first tapped into it.

I know that these things have happened to you time and time again. Wouldnt you like me to tell you how to control those things, do you want me to tell you how to be magic?

Okay, here goes, first go tell your kids that you are learning magic right now! That was step one, trust me, if you listen to me you are in for a magical experience. Next, stand up - say out loud what you want but say that you already have it. Instead of saying, " I would like to have $20,000.00 in the bank." Say, " I have $20,000.00 in the bank, how can I help you?" Once you believe yourself, you will have that money in the bank. Now, spin around in a circle, jump up twice, say," Joey is Awesome and Audrey is the coolest and Sophie is the prettiest." Poof! Your wish is not my command but you can command the universe. Do this everyday and do whatever you have to do to believe yourself.

Oops, I almost forgot about the most important step, you have to help someone everyday. Even if that person is you, pass on McDonalds and have a salad, go for a walk, sign up for Jiu-Jitsu, or help a kid solve a school problem. I guess we would potentially have no problems if everyone helped just one other person with one of their problems. Karma comes around people.

I guess thats enough for today and start reading about manifestation. Read books not just my blog, but also read all of my blog because my wife and I have amazing thoughts. Poof! you are now smarter for reading this and you now enjoy life more.

Well, Real Estate Entrepreneurs, there are a couple of things I would like to talk about today. First, I would like to talk about my wife's scary dream the other day. It is surprising how accurate interpretations can be. Then a bit about the universe.

She continuosly dreamt of the number seven. Everything that happened was seven times, seven of the same words, seven of the same actions, etc.

Here is the scary part, there were no other people in the dream but she died in her dream seven times. Scary huh, what do you think that could mean. Well, we consulted one of our favorite people, who is also a dream consultant www.CharlestonHypnotherapy.com as well as did our own interpretation through dream moods a google searched dream dictionary.

We did not know how to feel so I started by researching the number seven. The number seven is the number that defines spiritual perfection. Seven is how long it took to create a perfect world, and seven is the day of rest. So now I am really concerned. My wife and the perfect death?

Not quite, in dreams, dying symbolizes a new beginning. Dying shows that you are leaving your old ways and recreating a new future with all new paths. In this case, one could only assume that the number seven shows that my wife has left her old paths of uncertainty and she has ascertained spiritual perfection or is at least on that new path. It is overwhelmingly amazing to me. This happened about a week ago and I was so overcome by joy for her that I am still thinking about it now.

We have really reached the level of universal love and everything happens to us the way we want it to. We were running a bit tight on money the other day and my wife said we need some more money, she looked at my reserve pay website and I am getting a check tomorrow for an additional $3600. We had no idea this money was coming we just wanted it. It is so amazing. I guess when we got married I never got paid for a dependent and now a year later we get a bunch of back pay.

It is amazing how it works. The mind is the most amazing thing on earth and there is just so much that we do not know about it. If you are not drawing from the universe consciously, you need to be. I have never been this happy, and I will only continue to be more fortunate and to live an even greater life.
