A little about Joe Kempler ... a career of sales & marketing with IBM and Lexmark as a backdrop. A graduate of North Central High School & Ball State University ... Joe also had post-graduate education at Harvard Business School, George Washington University, University of Kentucky and Xavier University. Having moved over the U.S. in the corporate world, Joe decided to return to Indianapolis and focus in the real estate industry. Over the past 5 years, he has partnered with a well-known custom home builder (Kurt Schmadeke) to build quality homes and a real estate business. Formerly the Principal Broker for West Clay Realty, Joe joined the F.C. Tucker company in 2010 and maintains an office in Carmel, specifically the Village of WestClay. In addition his career in real estate, he is active in the Carmel Rotary Club and the local real estate board (MIBOR).

Besides assisting his clients with the selling and buying of their homes, Joe also donates part of any earning to a charity of his client's choice which is part of "giving back to the community" and a way to say THANKS!

Jennil Salazar graduated from the University of Santo Tomas in the Philippines. She comes from a multiethnic and cultural background. Her mixed heritage enables her to effectively help the needs of her diverse clientele coming into the North Metro Indianapolis Area. Jennil has over 12 years of management and real estate experience. She earned the designation of Certified New Home Specialist and Homes of Distinction Specialist as part of her specialty in selling luxury and custom built homes. She also has an e-PRO designation that allows her to communicate to her Sellers and Buyers in the most up to date and technologically advanced way.

Jennil is committed in helping the community at large through her various civic and community involvements. She has a strong sense of community and she is a strong advocate of education, providing housing assistance to needy families and promoting diversity in the workplace and in the community as a whole. She brings talent and skills from Harrisburg, PA with her association with Howard Hanna who is the 4th largest Real Estate Company in the U.S. Her attitude and practice of "servant leadership" coincides with the mission and direction of Kempler & Associates.
