We first contacted you last year in May, It's been a long road for all of us. First Time Buyer Got Great Deal after a long search!

I would like to personally thank The Joel Schmidt Team for their hard work and dedication in finding my family and I the "diamond in the rough" that we were looking so hard for. Last October was the beginning of a long and grueling search for a home. My husband and I had approximately one month to find ahome to fit our needs and our budget. With four children, a safe and reliable house with space, was difficult to find within our monthly available resources.
