I recently made a business call the other day and I was in a hurry! I needed answers. But I just got a RECORDING to push MORE buttons. It takes more than money to make money! The consumer is tired of false hope, between the lines charges, and poor quality. Not to mention ROTTEN CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
Don't you get sick of making calls just to be told to "push 1, push 3, sorry your response wasn't understood!" Well so is the consumer. Take time for them.
It is better to lose a customer today because more chance than not, they will come back to you tomorrow. Based on your customer service.
With all the impatience and anger going on in the world today, a fresh face (smile :) is a welcome to all of us.
So make a change in your decisions starting now! CHOOSE kindness. CHOOSE compassion. Answer the consumer TODAY or they won't be back tomorrow!!

What an exciting time we live in! Just a few years ago we saw such greed (gulp) and poor quality in craftsmanship.
Yes times are very hard. But we're starting to see neighbor helping neighbor. The adage which says, "Only the strong survive" is not necessarily true. As in whats happened in Wall Street.
Since our doors are still open, WE HAVE TO BE DOING SOMETHING RIGHT.

As the old adage goes, "there isn't enough time in a day" that does seem to be the case these days. So be sure to find a company that can do it all. Measuring, sampling, purchasing, getting a qualified Installer and to top it all off-- you can't find a decent place that receives for you.
Do your research. Ask for references- then follow up and check them. What small amount of time you put in now, will save you hours in the future!
