In September of 2010, we thought the housing market was at an all-time low. We decided, at the spur of the moment, to see if we could sell our home and make a reasonable profit. We chose Jim Sours as our realtor because of his skill, reputation and understanding of the market condition. Jim presented an excellent marketing plan, which resulted in our home selling for an excellent price in 21 days. The buyer asked for a 30-day close! We hadn't even started to look for a new home, not expecting to sell in a short time frame. Jim asked about our wants and needs and then selected three houses for showing. Just like on House Hunters, we picked one of the three and asked the seller for a 30-day close. Jim guided us through the process without a hitch! We closed both transactions on the same day and are very happy with our new home. And it happened in a turbulent real estate market.
