I have had the priviledge of living in the same community in Gilbert, Az. for over 10 years. I moved into this community when it was brand new and I have watched the community become a beautiful neighborhood. Morrison put together great homes in this neighborhood. Mature trees and a beautiful green belt that runs through the center of the community make this a very appealing neighborhood. Floor plans go from 1,800 to 3,900 square feet. This is one of the few subdivisions in Gilbert that still offered big lots at that time.

Serrano is located on the Southeast corner of Ray and Lindsay. The location of this community is great since we are near the Town Center, near Rodeo Park, Cosmo Park, and the San Tan Mall. I was with over 100 volunteers this morning that placed over 3,000 flags in the ground at Tempe Town Lake in Arizona. It was a moving experience. Over 3,000 flags waving in the breeze symbolizing the lives that were lost on Sept. 11th, 2011. We had many agents there from United Brokers Group. I would encourage anyone that lives in Arizona to go visit this memorial. For every piece of rebar that I pounded into the ground, it made me think of a life that was lost there. That thought pushed me forward with every hard thrust into the ground.
