Originally, I am from "The Burgh," Pittsburgh that is! I have lived here in the Myrtle Beach area for 9 wonderful years! This part of the country has so many exciting things to offer!! If you like warm weather, the beach, fabulous golf courses, tons of restaurants, shopping, along with affordable housing, this is the place for you!!

I work under the brokerage of Keller Williams Realty, and have been helping people create wealth through real estate for over 3 years. Our 3 bedrock values here at Keller Williams are God, Family, then Business. We believe that any transaction must be a "win-win," or no deal, that customers always come first, and through teamwork that everyone achieves more.

In February of 2007, I was asked by our Broker-In-Charge to attend our company's yearly convention called "Family Reunion" in Las Vegas. Attending "Family Reunion" was one of the greatest things that I have been a part of in this business. Over those 4 days, I was able to attend first-class real estate training classes, network with other Keller Williams agents from all across the country, and listen to some of the best speakers in the world.

One other highlight for me was being featured in the GS Magazine as one of the top rookie agents along the Grand Strand for the year of 2006. It was an honor to share with all of the other Realtors who were selected!

I am very fortunate to work in a career that I absolutely love! My goal is to exceed each and every client's expectations, and once again, I am extremely proud to work as a Realtor for Keller Williams!

Areas of Expertise

As a Real Estate Professional, I maintain a balance in working both with buyers as well as sellers. I cover the majority of the Grand Strand area from Little River down to Pawley's Island. I am a resident of the Carolina Forest community, so I do know that area very well.

The majority of the buyers that I work with are from out-of-state. These out-of-state buyers are a mixture of people purchasing second homes, investment properties, or they are moving here permanently. They are finding out just how wonderful Myrtle Beach really is, and that they can purchase a home here for a lot less than what they could back home!! I love working with these out-of-state buyers, and helping them to make a smooth transition!

I also enjoy working with our local buyers and sellers!! These are folks that may be looking to move up the ladder and purchase a larger home, or it may be a family looking to downsize to a smaller home.
