E3 Green HOMES is a privately held ‘for profit' company dedicated to developing and promoting cost-effective environmentally responsible green home solutions for all types of home buyers, sellers and investors. Although we specialize in energy efficient green homes, we support all types of real estate transactions.

Our Services

Buyers: We help buyers-including owner occupants and investors--find the perfect green home for their needs and budget. Our proprietary tools and data sets enable us to quickly identify candidate green homes that meet your specific requirements. We strive to help our green home buyer clients understand all the options and resources available to support their green home buying decision. We especially welcome first-time homebuyers. We support all buyers even if they are not seeking a green home.

Sellers: We prepare a detailed marketing and sales plan for every property we list with a special emphasis green home features and benefits. Clients benefit from our extensive knowledge of Denver real estate market trends in addition to our expertise in quickly attracting qualified green home buyers. Our services include a free market analysis to help set a price range and a free consultation to review our marketing and sales strategy. We help green home sellers get top dollar for their home. We support all types of sellers even if they are not selling a green home.

Investors: We offer private investors an opportunity to safely and securely earn 10% - 12% on their investment dollars supporting green home renovations. We also teach individuals how to ‘self-direct' their retirement funds including IRAs and 401ks to invest in green homes. All investments are secured with a Deed of Trust against a single green home. Documents are prepared by a title company or an attorney and there are no hidden fees.

Our In-house Transactions

We purchase, renovate green, market and sell residential real estate throughout the Denver metro area. All of our green home transactions are funded by private lenders who earn fixed-rate double digit returns on their investments with us. Our company sometimes partners with other investors on individual green home transactions. We are always looking for deals to purchase and welcome the opportunity to expand our network.

I have developed a specialty in the area of green homes. I have the EcoBroker Certification and I am currently working on the LEED for Homes certification. I can help you find a green home that is healthier, more comfortable and has a lower operating costs compared to similar size homes that are not designed green.
