I wanted to let you know that InMotion REI (Yours Truly) will be teaching a LIVE Google World for Real Estate Agents class tomorrow. Please review this outline before coming to class. You will need your cell phone and it would be a great idea to download Picasa 3.8 before coming to class. The cost is only $29.

This module exposes the real estate agent to some of Google's most powerful and popular applications and services.
1. Picasa - don't pay for a virtual tour again! Go ahead and upload Picasa 3.8 before you come to class. This is Google's awesome web storage site for all of your videos and photos. We'll give you a list of music sites. AND video sharing sites.
2. Blogger
3. Google Earth
**Google MAPS - Currently the #3 website that buyers are using to search for properties. Your listings need to be there.
4. Google SMS for your cell phone

7. Google/Webmaster Tools
Module 5
In this module we will also talk about QR Codes, which can link to (a) your website, (b) video hosted on a website, or (c) text information. The benefit to an agent? You can place a QR-code on your real estate signs. A potential buyer drives down the street and sees the home you have listed and wants more info. No problem. He can use his phone, scan the code you've linked to a virtual tour and TA-DA, he views it instantly!

This class will teach students the process of lead generation called "Select Reverse Prospect Marketing". A formulaic process that when systematize will generate new leads for the student. The students will also learn how ad copy works and learn how to create ads so that customers will contact them for homes and real estate services.
