As I sat back and was having lunch, I took a good look around at the View of the Harbor and thought "How Great Life Is". I moved from Miami, Fl 9 years ago to Destin, Fl, and have enjoyed every day. Although Destin is known as a Resort Community, we have so much to offer. Well I have to run, the Vacationers are arriving so check with me tomorrow.

We have been infected by all the Bad News Nationally & Global that we forget to think about the Positive side of our life. Think of the high % of families that have handled their financial situation through the past years. Many have jobs, homes and continue with daily living. That is POSITIVE.
As to now, we are seeing the business that need help File Chapter 11 so that they can restructure and help save jobs or with new ideas and planning may even increase their potential.
Why look at the great opportunity that is being held out for" First Time Home Buyers". The financial institutions are offering great programs with low rates and even a $8000.00 tax rebate. This is allowing many individuals to owned their own dwelling place without the worry of annual rent increases.
The investors are now taking a good look at our industry and we are seeing contracts taking place because of the bargain sales prices. As one investor told us, he is buying today to offset any losses that he may have incurred in purchasing at the height of the market. Wise move.
Why not take some time to reflect on the positive side of life. We have such great natural beauty to enjoy with our family and friends. Life here is a vacation. LOOK BELOW. THEY GOT THE POINT !
