WELL, HERE IT IS ALMOST THANKSGIVING AND IT LOOKS TO BE A LONG WINTER. ...A TRICKY TIME TO BE IN REAL ESTATE........HOWEVER, I BELIEVE THAT THE WORLD STILL TURNS AND HOMES ARE STILL BEING BOUGHT AND SOLD AS PEOPLE STILL HAVE JOB CHANGES, FAMILY MEMBERS COMING AND GOING, RETIREMENTS, MARRIGES, BLENDED FAMILIES...ETC...AND WE MUST JUST CONDUCT BUSINESS AS USUAL AND NOT GIVE THE REAL ESTATE MARKET THE DOOMED STIGMA IT IS RECIEVEING IN THE MEDIA. IT'S TOUGH TO DO, BUT THINGS WILL GET BETTER, SO LET'S BE IN PLACE FOR WHEN THE MARKET TURNS AROUND! LET ME KNOW HOW YOU'RE DEALING WITH THE SLOW DOWN IF YOU ARE IN FACT HAVING ONE........
