About Me:

I have been living in Vernal Utah for the past 24 months. I enjoy the quiet atmosphere of Vernal. It is a growing community with a homey feel. For those who want to move to Vernal there are great employment opportunities due to the energy exploration in the area. There are many houses to choose from, and land to build your dream home with a view. It is a nice place to live, and a fun place for people to visit. After all it is Dinosaur land! Dinosaurs are everywhere. They are at the museum,on Main Street, and even at the motels! Recreational activities are abundant. There is something for every season. Water skiing, boating, four wheeling, hiking, swimming, skiing, snowmobiling, fossil and rock hunting to name a few. I am looking forward to fossil , rock, and gem hunting.

I was born and raised in the great state of Montana and have spent 29 years living in Idaho. I just received my master's in Social Work and thought I would come to Vernal and try Real Estate before I settle down in to Social Work again. I have five children. Three boys and two girls. Three of them work for the airlines, which helps me to fly back and for between Vernal and home frequently, and off to see the other children in Denver, and Salt lake. I have one beautiful granddaughter. I am a little biased! She is now 18 months old and I try to spend every minute possible with her when I am home in Idaho Falls. Being a Gramma is the greatest thing in the world. It makes it hard to be away from Idaho Falls.

Update: I have a new grandson that is two weeks old! I also will have another grandson anytime now.

Areas of Expertise

I have a great mentor to help me with real estate. Carol Judd has been a Realtor for over three years and has expertize in land, single home, and multi housing developments. I hope to learn a lot from Carol, and continue providing my clients with ethical and attentive service.

We have been busy selling houses for a developer and now we are thinking about using our land to build townhouses on. The area needs homes in a lower price range and these townhouses will really help. The motels are full right now with workers that need a place to rent or buy.

Update on the townhouses. We hope to break ground in August. There are going to be very nice. The townhouses will be two story, and the client can choose the front they want to make their home more personal. It will have lots of green area for people to enjoy. I can not wait to see the response from the community.

Client Satisfaction

As we all know clients appreciate attentive service. I try to return phone calls promptly, and follow through with tasks I say I will get done. This helps to make their transaction a pleasant experience. I routinely send out lists to my clients to help them find the type of property they are looking for.

I like to keep a personal feel to my interactions with my clients. I want them to feel comfortable with me, and feel good about their experience.
