Serving all of southern Idaho from the Mini-Cassia area to the rest of the Magic Valley. Burley, Rupert, Twin Falls, Jerome, Declo, Filer, Gooding, Wendell, Oakley, Paul, Heyburn, Buhl, Kimberly, etc.
I grew up in Burley, Idaho, and have lived in the Magic Valley almost all of my life. I attended High School at Burley High School, then went to work on the family farm. After deciding to give it a go with a lifelong dream of mine, I decided to start working in the real estate field. I packed up my family, and we moved to San Diego County, and lived in a beautiful place called Ramona. I truly love what I do, and became one of the top agents in my office right away, and have stayed in that position since. My family really wanted to move back home, so, in 2004 we moved back.
I really love what I do, but man, we missed home.
I have become involved in many interests in my life. I have been in love with music since I was old enough to tinker on my parents piano, and have learned as much as I can about music. I was an alternate in the National FFA band, a drum major from 8th grade through my senior year. I still play guitar and drums.
I also have, since I was very young, loved motorcycles. If I don't have an appointment to show someone homes, my bike is loaded with any possible paperwork, and I ride as much as my profession allows.
Other interests include flying, reading, writing, movies, etc.
I have been involved in many different areas of the real estate world, and have sold high volumes in each field. I prefer to stay with sales.
The bulk of my history is with Single Family Residential. I just enjoy working with people. I like one on one interaction, and have found my niche here. I have been a top producing real estate agent from my first year on. I have won awards from "Rookie of the Year" to "Top Agent" awards many times. I have consistently been a leader in residential home sales.
Being licensed in multiple states, I have developed a terrific advertising network, and my website receives hits from all around the world hourly. On the home page of www.ronbean.com click the map, and it will show you recent traffic on www.ronbean.com . I find it fascinating that people from all continents have been on my site looking for real estate.
I have also sold many Multi-Family Residential units from duplexes up to apartment buildings.
I grew up in agriculture, so I also have experience with land of all types, and the knowledge of much more than just paperwork.
I began real estate in 2001 in San Diego County California, and was in the top of the agents in my office within 3 months of becoming an agent. I continued growing my clientelle through regular contact, and care long after the sale.
I had the opportunity while in San Diego to write regular newspaper articles on rela estate, and advise people on the market, what to expect, and how to prepare their homes for sale. In December 2003, I wrote an article that came under heavy fire that the market in San Diego County was going to correct in a big way. Though I hoped I was wrong, I saw signs of slowing, and felt obligated to write about it. I then decided to move back to Idaho, and did so in June of 2004. Unfortunately, the market in California took a major hit, and became very stale.
While in Idaho, I have continued building on my real estate education at every opportunity. I hosted a radio show for two years dealing with people's questions, and talking about the market, advice, and the like. I continued my radio show until my home burned down, and I felt I needed to cut the radio show in order to dedicate time to getting my family and our home taken care of. I have been in talks to get the show back on the air, and feel we will be back live on the air this year.
Idaho is a rare place with regards to real estate. It is not affected quite the same way as most other states are with market news, etc. It is a beautiful state, and people from all around the world would like to live here. Do to new happenings in the Magic Valley, there is opportunity to be had.
Dear Ron,
Now that we have unpacked enough boxes to find our computer, I wanted to make sure I took the opportunity to sincerely thank you for the exceptional care in getting into our new home. As you know, in the beginning, I was unsure about having you represent us both in the purchase of our new house as well as in the sale of our old house. In looking back, I can honestly say it was the very best decision I could have made. Your diligence, attention to detail and "ownership" of the process was so valuable and truly instrumental in making the transaction go as smoothly as it did.
Your action translated to results. When you presented us with your marketing plan for our house, I was very confident in the listing attracting attention . . . I was blown away when, after only three days, the house was sold at a price we were very pleased with.
You continued to impress us as an advocate for our requests on the purchase side of the transaction. When adversity and challenges were presented, I always was very reassured by how "on-top of things" you were. Thank you for absorbing so much of the "headache" associated with the deal so that we could focus on other things.
As many would agree, buying and selling a house is an emotional process. Thank you for being empathetic to that dynamic and always being a calming voice of experience and reason.
I am very pleased with the transaction and we are excited to be in our new home. I am certain that I will be referring friends your way when they have Real Estate needs, as I know that they will be in very good hands. Thanks again for everything!
Sincerely,
T and M Kerr
Moore's Letter
When I first met Ron Bean, I had been trying to sell my 5.15 acre property with a 2 bedroom modular home for over three years. A friend of mine sent me his ad from the newspaper stating "If I can't have your property in escrow within 60 days, I will pay you $500." This was a completely different approach than I was accustomed to.
I met with Ron and from the first, he was a completely different person than I was accustomed to dealing with. He asked me "what I expected to get for the property." And he stated the he thought we could probably get more than that. So I listed at his suggested price and the property was in escrow in LESS than 60 days.
There were several complications as the buyer was obtaining a V.A. Loan. There were several items that had to be worked through, but Ron was able to find a solution to all of them. He was able to find a roofer to replace the roof at a very reasonable price. He even replaced the kitchen floor HIMSELF, as that was a last minute requirement of the VA. He also made up a shortage on a fee just to save time and keep things moving along.
Over all, I would say Ron was head and shoulders above anyone I had dealt with previously. I was completely satisfied with all aspects of Ron's handling of my sale. I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants an honest and ambitious person to handle their sale.
Sincerely,
W. & C. Moore
