The city has placed a stop work order on our remodel at 4341 Wyoming. While everyone at the Vizion team is working hard to get this situation resolved it is possible that this remodel may be delayed to late September or early October. Any additional progress on this situation will be added on the vizionkc blog.

If there’s a good deal on real estate the Vizion team will be there. Even if it means showing up on the court house steps to bid on a million dollar mansion. That’s where we were Thursday July 2nd. Vizion CEO Aaron Thomas gave a brief interview on the court house steps you can read the whole story below.

Our crews are about a week ahead of schedule on the remodel of 453 w 70th ter. From the looks of things we should be done with this house by the last week of July. That means we should have this house on the market right at the peak of selling season. Right now all I’m thinking about is how many sandwiches we should order for the open house I have a feeling everyone in the neighborhood will be eager to see this home once its done.
According to our interior designer Lisa Davis accent tile is a very popular trend these days. With that suggestion in mind we went ahead and applied this new type of tile in the half bath. This is the first time I’ve seen this type of tile and I must say I’m very impressed.
Here is a shot of the new masterbathroom. As you can see we’re using the same new tile here.
This is a shot of the main bathroom. Once again I’ve very impressed with the tile work. I don’t think another house on the block has tile work like this.

We even have special tile in the upstairs (loft) bathroom.

Basically Flip this House rejected our application to be on their show. I guess flipping millions upon millions of dollars in real estate just wasn’t enough for them. Anyway. No hard feeling. We’ll just make our own show. How hard could it be?
