This home is in good condition. As you walk in the 1/2 bath is on the right and on the left there is a door that leads to one of the two 1 car garages. The living room, dining room and kitchen are all on the first floor (wood flooring throughout 1st floor) and the floorplan is open (no walls between rooms).
