One thing that is discussed frequently is the timing of real estate prices and when we will see the prices increase. In some areas we are seeing some increases and in others there is fluctuation. Nobody can predict the future. We do however know that today's real estate market is a window of opportunity to purchase...having low prices, low interest rates and a large inventory is an incredible opportunity to purchase. Human nature is to buy when one sees prices increase...it seems more wise to purchase before prices increase.

One thing that hasn't seemed to have changed is the popularity of Mounds View Schools in Minnesota. Often times buyers are looking for homes in the Mounds View School district. Very common to hear that that is one of the reasons buyers are looking for homes for sale in Shoreview and North Oaks.
