My name is Cathy Vingelli and I'm a licensed realtor who has lived in Oceanside for more than ten years. I'm on-call to meet your needs seven days a week.

I don't limit my research to the Oceanside area; I'm more than happy to show homes in any town in Nassau County. As a former marketing professional, I use my skills to negotiate the best deals for buyers and sellers alike. I'm a good listener who feels that showing properties that really don't suit a buyer's needs wastes time for everyone involved.
