Boy, things have been tough here for quite a while..I know that real estate is "challanged" pretty much every where right now but what a difference from just a few years ago. As far as properties in foreclosure it is getting worse and worse..

I am hoping with a new presidency we will have fresh start and our economy will start to move forward again..

My name is Karen Witt and I am a Broker Associate with At Home Realty Group in South Bend, IN. I have my ABR designation and continue to expand my Real Estate knowledge. I am a life long resident of South Bend and I love my town. I have two grown children...a son and a daughter who have given me the best presents of all time...my grandchildren. Although in real estate time I am a newbie..just six years under my belt... I look at selling real estate as a contribution to the building of our town. I love to drive by homes that I have sold or put buyers in and it just gives me a "feeling". Even though I am just one of many realtors in our city ...I can still carve out a nice little "niche" for myself and I am making my mark!!! This is a great place to live!

Places to Go..Things to do!!!

South Bend has so much to offer and yet does not give up her "small town" ambiance. Notre Dame is a wonderful place to visit...if you have not been there..words cannot describe the intense feelings that this wonderful university brings out. We are located within a 2 hour drive to Chicago or Indianapolis ...The St. Joseph river runs through our town and offers up kayaking , fishing and boating. We have a awesome zoo and also host "The College Football Hall of Fame". You are going to love it here..I promise.
