Hunter's Ridge is a community of large homes on 1+ acre lots. The subdivision is located west of Hoadly Road along the Prince William County Parkway.
Prices range from $575,000 to $700,000 depending on both the home size and lot size. Hunter's Ridge homes are on both sides of the Parkway and are approximately 11 years old.
Although there is no commuter bus service available in the subdivision, commuter bus parking lots are within 15 to 20 minutes. Shopping is very close in two new shopping centers on Hoadly Road - the closest being host to Harris Teeter, an excellent supermarket chain.

Southwood is just about halfway between Fort Belvoir and the Mount Vernon Estate. It is a beautifully maintained subdivision with a very active garden club that decorates the common grounds seasonally.
Inbound commuting is facilitated by its proximity to the George Washington Parkway and the Fairfax County Connector Bus to Metro Access to Fort Belvoir would be the quickest at the Tulley Gate on Mount Vernon Memorial Highway.
