Did everyone else know this?

I heard from a lender on Oct. 30 that they will no longer be financing mobiles on permanent foundations.

I checked with another lender same deal.

I talked to Wells Fargo today and they said they were still doing that type of financing.

I may be behind all the blog talk, so this may be old news to you.
