I believe education is important and that is why I chose Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage to work with. They have mentoring in their office weekly, seminars at the Board of Realtor's weekly and we are required to keep current on the Legal issues. With my BA in Marketing and Public Relations from CSFU and my Counseling Background I feel I can help clients buy or sell with great ease.

I Love working with first Time buyers. I understand how much paperwork there is in a binding contract and I don't mind explaining the verbage and helping them with the breakdown of monthly payments etc. My knowledle and Good Work Ethic keeps the buyer and the seller current on the latest issues in their neighborhood. Most of all having a Good Sense of Humor help ease some of the tension when waiting for an approval from the Mortgage Lender to receiving the counter offer.

I have lived in the Temecula Valley for over 8 years and belong to the Wildomar and Murrieta Chamber. I am also involved with Women's Groups that I donate my time to so they can achive their goals women helping women. So I have a chance to promote my listing as well as meet other agents who need my buyers.
