10-01-08
Karyn Smith

The third annual pet blessing to be held at Celebration North Village pavilion on Sunday October 5th at 4 PM.

Bring all your pets for a special blessing by Father Gregory, who knows, "These special creatures are part of our families. They share our joys and comfort us in times of trouble. They deserve our special thanks."

The pet blessing is free and no registration is required. There will be free childrens activities. Food will be available. All area residents are welcome, so invite your friends to bring their pets as well.

There will be a Pet Drive.

The church learned that pets have become victims to foreclosures and the slowing economy. During the Pete Blessing Ceremony, Elaine and Tom Pouliot will be collecting the following items to be distributed to our local Humane Societies:

Dry Cat and Dog Food
Cat Litter
Old towels and blankets
New Cat and Dog toys

Please contact Elaine or Tom Pouliot with any questions or if you would like them to pick up your items. They may be reached by email elaine@pouliot.com .
