I've noticed the past month, tons of activity in the Real Estate Market. At least in my Lake Arrowhead area of the San Bernardino Mountains in Southern CA. Now maybe we're a little different up here because this is a resort area, and MOST buyers are purchasing second homes. That said, I have been showing TONS of property lately and written (honestly, MANY offers) for people wanting a vacation home. This tells me that consumers that watch the "numbers,' are thinking THIS IS THE BEST TIME TO BUY.
For those BUYERS still straddling that wobbly fence, I honestly think if you don't hop off that thing soon, you may miss some good deals. Interest rates are still low great (though the word on the street is that they will be heading up soon).
